“Sustain your life through Social Entrepreneurship” is an Erasmus+ Key Action 2 Strategic Partnership in the field of youth, aimed to create a favourable environment to encourage and enable youth workers and young people to develop social entrepreneurship.
Project coordinators from the partner organizations Prism – Promozione Internazionale Sicilia – Mondo (Italy), Società Consortile Rocca di Cerere (Italy), Consulta Europa Projects And Innovation (Spain),Stichting Hogeschool Rotterdam (The Netherlands), Asociatia Dominou (Romania), Freguesia de Cascais e Estoril (Portugal), Vilniaus Kolegija (Lithuania) met and worked together in Vilnius – Lithuania from 31st August to 1st September 2017.
