The 2Revive project aims to create a positive, friendly and stimulating environment for a second-chance business activity. The main objective of the project is to support the development of a predisposition for second-chance entrepreneurship and to consolidate self-confidence, self-awareness and self-efficacy in second-chance entrepreneurs, through guiding and mentoring relationships, so that they can restart their company with success.
General Objective:
Support the development of a predisposition for second-chance entrepreneurship and consolidate self-confidence, self-awareness and self-efficacy in second-chance entrepreneurs, through guiding and mentoring relationships, so that they can restart their company successfully.
Specific Objectives:
Encourage individuals to learn from their past experience, providing them with the right tools to understand the reasons behind their failure, but above all to recognize their entrepreneurial potential and their predisposition;
Support ex-entrepreneurs in developing their skills and motivation for entrepreneurial activity – through a practical guide with detailed information on regulations and laws and training resources for a “second chance”, instructions and checklists that will help them rebuild their own company;
Provide successful entrepreneurs, small and medium-sized business owners, vocational training teachers, trainers and mentors with a point-by-point mentoring program and guidelines on how to effectively transmit their knowledge to the second-chance entrepreneur they follow;
Increase cooperation and networking between entrepreneurs, businesses and professional and training bodies.
Target groups:
Entrepreneurs for the second time
Successful entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized business owners
Continuing professional training providers such as C-VET trainers, teachers and mentors, centers, individuals offering VET services.
Main results:
Better ability to accept bankruptcy and manage social prejudices;
Greater predisposition to second-chance entrepreneurship and greater self-confidence, self-awareness and self-efficacy in second-chance entrepreneurs;
Consolidated knowledge and skills related to mentoring and entrepreneurship;
Exchange of know-how and transfer of knowledge between partners – all partners will learn from the various backgrounds and experiences of other partners;
New points of view on the second chance entrepreneurship topic – the topic will be researched in depth and the partners will gain full understanding of it, consequently adopting materials that conform to their specific perspective;
By implementing the project in cooperation with organizations of various types and from different countries, the partners will further improve their ability to work as part of an international team.
