MIVA: Registration for the Intercultural Cooking Course

Cooking Course within the project “MIVA: Migrants’ Integration through Volunteering Activities” funded with the support of the “Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund”.

The course offers the opportunity to experience an intercultural cooking laboratory about African, Italian and Sicilian recipes.

The course includes 10 training sessions lasting 3 hours each and an additional 12 hours dedicated to obtaining the HACCP certification necessary to work with companies operating in the food sector.

The course will take place between October and November 2019.

The MIVA project aims to contribute to the integration of third-country citizens through participation in cultural and social life in the host communities, and to encourage the strengthening of the capacities of local communities to promote joint processes of integration, volunteering and cultural animation.

Course location: Restaurant Ginger people & food, Via Empedocle n.21 in Agrigento
