iAWARE – 2nd Transnational project meeting in Lisbon

The iAware project intend to create educational tools in order to better deal with the current online reality full of threats such as fake news, hate, buying comments, fraud, clickbait. The project is a Strategic Partnership for Adult Education, funded by the Erasmus + Program.

According with the project schedule, the partners has been gathered in Lisbon (4-5 February 2020), to proceed with the 2nd Transnational meeting. The hosting partner was the “Universidade Lusófona de Humanidades e Tecnologias”, has offered comfortable spaces and innovative instruments to achieve the objectives of the meeting. Firstly all the project management issues has been faced such as discussion on intellectual outputs, financial and systems for improvement. Secondly, the technical part was conducted by the University, using a latest generation recording studio to make a promotional video of the project. Finally, the features of the project website have been designed and agreed by all partners. In the coming months the results of the job carried out will be available and feedback from target groups will be collected to improve the quality of the outputs.

The next meeting will be held in Poland (Lodz), to follow up the project purposes. Keep following our social media to knows how to defend yourself from the online threats.
