The job shadowing offered an outstanding opportunity for reciprocal learning, intercultural dialogue and exchange of experiences in the field of rural development, by gaining insight into day-to-day activities of the hosting organization File Ghana.

Activities included field trips and visit to community projects and agro-entreprises in rural areas of the Accra and Eastern region, including cocoa and coco farms, meeting with local stakeholders and farmers, sessions to explore reciprocal opportunities for synergies and cooperation, a cultural tour in Cape Coast.

Our true gratitude to Mrs Theresa Kunlie and all File Ghana hosting team for this memorable learning experience.
